The bank is looking to fill one vacancy for the System Manager position and 61 vacancies for the Principal Officer position. The System Manager role is classified under the 3rd grade, offering a salary scale ranging from BDT 113,000 to BDT 148,800. The Principal Officer role, classified under the 6th grade, offers a salary scale between BDT 71,000 and BDT 134,000. In addition to the base salary, successful candidates will be entitled to various government-mandated benefits.
For the System Manager position, candidates must hold a bachelor's and master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Information and Communication Technology. Furthermore, applicants are required to have at least four years of professional experience as a Senior System Analyst or Senior Maintenance Engineer in a government, autonomous, or semi-autonomous institution. Possession of a PhD degree and at least two publications in internationally recognized journals will be considered as additional qualifications.
