The meeting, held in the capital, brought together key leaders and members of the organization to deliberate on the future administrative direction and upcoming activities.

The high-level meeting was chaired by the founding convener of the alliance, Maulana Ashraf Uddin Mahdi Azhari. During the session, members reviewed the organizational charter and discussed the prevailing socio-religious dynamics. Following an open discussion and democratic voting process among the present members, the resignation of Maulana Sanaullah Khan was officially accepted, leaving the post vacant.
